The service terms for Spick & Span bookings
These terms explain how bookings, collection, cleaning, delivery, payments, cancellations, and garment care work when you use our laundry and dry cleaning services.

These Terms & Conditions apply when you book or use services from Spick & Span Laundry Services, 291 Battersea Park Rd, London SW11 4LX. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We provide laundry, wash and fold, ironing, dry cleaning, bulky-item care, collection, and delivery services. The exact service available for each item may depend on fabric type, care labels, condition, size, and operational availability.
3. Bookings and order details
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, address information, collection instructions, service choices, and item information. If details are incomplete or incorrect, collection, delivery, pricing, or completion may be delayed.
We may refuse, amend, or cancel an order where an item is unsuitable for the requested service, presents a safety risk, lacks care instructions, or cannot reasonably be processed.
4. Collection and delivery
We aim to collect and deliver within the agreed window, but times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, access issues, customer availability, or operational delays. Please make sure someone is available at the address or that clear access instructions are provided.
If we cannot collect or deliver because no one is available, access is not possible, or the address is incorrect, we may need to rearrange the visit and a further charge may apply.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown as clearly as possible before booking. Final charges may depend on item count, weight, fabric, specialist treatment, stain treatment, bulky-item size, minimum order value, delivery charges, or changes requested after collection.
Payment must be made through the available checkout or agreed payment method. We may withhold delivery until payment is completed.
6. Garment care and customer responsibilities
Please remove all items from pockets before collection. We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets, including pens, cosmetics, keys, cards, coins, or electronics.
Please tell us about stains, delicate fabrics, loose buttons, weak seams, previous damage, non-colourfast items, or special care needs. We follow care labels where available, but some wear, shrinkage, fading, colour loss, texture change, or button and trim damage can occur during normal cleaning, especially on older or delicate items.
7. Stains and specialist treatment
We will make reasonable efforts to treat stains, but stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Some marks may be permanent or may require treatment that carries a risk to the item. We may contact you before attempting higher-risk treatment.
8. Cancellations and changes
You may contact us to cancel or change a booking. If cancellation happens after collection, after work has started, or after a driver has been dispatched, charges may apply for work completed, attempted collection, delivery, or administration.
9. Problems with an order
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If something is missing, damaged, or not as expected, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos where relevant. We will review the issue and may offer re-cleaning, repair, credit, refund, or another fair solution depending on the circumstances.
10. Liability
We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow us to do so. Subject to that, our responsibility is limited to direct loss that is reasonably foreseeable and connected to the service we provide. We are not responsible for indirect loss, sentimental value, business interruption, or loss caused by inaccurate information, unsuitable items, undeclared risks, or normal cleaning effects.
11. Website use
You must not misuse our website, interfere with checkout, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use the site in a way that may harm the service or other customers.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies when you place your order, unless a change is required by law or for security reasons.
